For long, the two contradicting irrigation requirements during flexible ureterorenoscopy have been an Achilles heel for most surgeons. Worry not, because WE have two simple strategies to solve this challenge.

Our novel access sheath, Syphon enhances drainage of irrigation fluid from the kidney and prevents build up of excessive intrarenal pressure during ureterorenoscopy.
